Shipping policy

1. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

2. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

• Cost: FREE on all orders.

• Delivery Estimate: 4-7 business days.

• Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Smoscent Luxury Fragrance is not liable for packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes.
